(MANEND NEWS): The Directorate of Prosecution Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in collaboration with Musawi International Research Organization, held a Kuli Kacheri, in the office of District Public Prosecutor Swat, today on 27th September 2022. Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division Saeed Nadeem, District Public Prosecutor Swat Anwar Ali Khan, Deputy Director Monitoring Zeeshanullah, was in Chair while Mr. Ashfaq Ahmad AD-IT Directorate of Prosecution and Mohammad Noman representative of Musawi Organization also attended. On the occasion, a number of litigants agitated their issues pertaining to criminal cases, and the Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division, and the District Public Prosecutor Swat addressed the issues on the spot. As most of the issues were related to the police department, hence the Chair took up the same with a concerned quarter for redressal. Female participants also highlighted their problems in cross-version cases and the same was taken up with the quarter concerned. The general public and litigants showed their confidence in the KP Prosecution Services and admired the holding of such events through which their problems could effectively be redressed. In the end, the Chair thanked the participants and assured guidance and support of the institution to the litigants.
