(MANEND NEWS): Once again, a glitch in Google Search has started showing the rate of Pakistani Rupee against US Dollar (USD to PKR) as Rs. 192.95 on 21 September 2022, which has caused a lot confusion for everyone who relies on the search giant to get currency update.
However, the local currency has not recovered and it is only a glitch at Google’s end showing an incorrect exchange rate.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan Rupee (PKR) settled at Rs. 239.65 against the US Dollar (USD) at the closing of the interbank market on 21 September 2022 (Wednesday) as per the data provided by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) at the end of the working day.
The Pakistani Rupee has depreciated by Rs. 21.05 against the US Dollar since the start of the September as it reached Rs. Rs. 239.65 at the closing of the interbank market on 21 September 2022 compared to Rs. 218.60 on 1 September 2022.
However, people were left wondering about the rate of Pakistani Rupee against US Dollar (USD to PKR) due to a glitch at Google that showed the current rate at Rs. 192.95 on 21 September 2022.
It is pertinent to mention that it is the third time such a glitch at Google search has shown the wrong USD to PKR exchange rate in recent months and seems to have become a regular problem.
