University of Malakand is “NO More Safe” The University is now a “Pendora Box” as various kind of Scams, leaking out, one after the other as a result of male practices of the administration of UoM and the policy of pick and choose specifically in the tenure of present Vice Chancellor, the person who is seeking his extension ignoring bulk of allegations of various kids of bribe and brushing uder the carpet the issues of either stakeholders—students and the underdeveloped community for whose development the UoM was established.
According to reports, a complaint from a female student against a Professor in “Levies Station Pulchowki”, District Malakand has been lodged as FIR No:7, book -12, dated 04-02-2025 at 16-40 pm adding sections like 365B/511/ 452/354/506 of Pakistan Penal Code. The complainant in the FIR has claimed that professor has been tracing and harassing the the female student for the last three months continuously, but on the date of FIR he dared to enter her house even at a far away village in the Malakand.
A committee has been constituted from the Office of Chief Minister KP vide Notification NO:DS(coord)CMS/KP/ 1-1-2025 dated 14th February,2025.
However the civil society across the country has critized the VC and for suspending the Professor for 90 days only as the VC is reluctant to move against his near and dear. The Levies has arrested the accused professor but has kept him in hospital on the pretext of illness. And the Vice Chancellor is in hectic efforts to conceal the facts, as a group of the professors in Pro Lobby and men of the “Right Hands” of the VC are allegedly also involved numerous scandals. Some information leaked by sources close the events says that Vice Chancellor and one of his closed aide are well aware of this misshape.
The allegation on social and now on mainstream media are now well known to each Pakistani about heinous and nasty game by the teachers on the bases of “illegal marking and admissions” Girls and boys who submit to the lust of the teacher are given high marks and those disobeying are even ousted from the University. Sources also says that with out “help and support” of the High Managerial Squad, such game of sexual harassment is impossible to play, whereas Mobile device and Data of the accused Professor is more and effective tool than of any witnesses in this case, to protect future of the other students, parents and either stake holders of the University.
However High Management of the University is in hectic efforts to hide and cover up the facts as have sets aside various cases of high handedness, not only in the past, but in the near passed too.
According to a Notification Viral on Media, the accused is suspended by the university for 90 days.
In the prevailing situation the District Administration has been in hard times to grill in between the Public Pressure and the Mighty Masters.
