Transparency will be ensured in Exams, Minister Education

Peshawar (Manend News)Minister for elementary and secondary education KP Faisal Khan Tarakai has said that in the ongoing matriculation exam transparency will be ensured in every step. He further added that complaints have been received on social media regarding paper leakage in the matriculation examinations, which has been identified by timely action and ND twelve persons have been suspended found involved in paper leakage. However, those examination halls where paper leakage reported should be banned completely. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference in Itlla cell of Information department here in Peshawar regarding the ongoing matric exams.  The Minister added that our exams have more than 90 percent transparency and the exams in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are satisfactory than the rest of the provinces. While the viral papers that go viral on social media are mostly fake. Similarly, in Mardan, Malakand and Dera Ismail Khan Boards the inquiries have been initiated on complaints. And those who found involved will be treated as per E&D rules. Faisal Khan Turkey added that 98 percent out of the 24 thousands supervisory staff is performing excellent duty and their performance is outstanding, while the steps taken by the department of Education regarding the ongoing exams are commendable. And we are taking SLO based exams; I myself and my team are monitoring the examination process across the province. The Minister of Education further added that we have prepared an advance plan for the upcoming FA/FSC exams and merit and transparency will be ensured in the Department of Education.
