Pakistan reports 23 deaths in the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus

ISLAMABAD, (MANEND NEWS): Pakistan has reported 23 deaths in the
last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has
surged to 954,743. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to
22,211 on Sunday. So far 900,291 patients have recovered in the
country.
So far 11,978, 339 people have been partially vaccinated for
coronavirus in Pakistan; meanwhile during the last 24 hours 250,696
people were administered coronavirus vaccine. So far 2,815,454
people have been completely vaccinated in Pakistan and during the
last 24 hours 39,881 people have been vaccinated for coronavirus in
whole country. So far 14,793,793 dozes of coronavirus vaccine have
been administered in country; meanwhile during the last 24 hours
290,577 coronavirus vaccine dozes were administered in whole
country.
According to the latest figures by the National Command and
Operation Center (NCOC) 901 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in
the past 24 hours.
The death rate from the coronavirus pandemic in Pakistan is 2.3
percent; meanwhile the number of recovered patients of coronavirus
has reached 94.3 percent. During the last 24 hours 1,347 coronavirus
patients were recovered in the country. There are 1,941 critical
coronavirus patients present in the country. There are 32,241 active
coronavirus cases presenting the country.
According to NCOC, Punjab province has become at first position in
number of total reported coronavirus cases, deaths from coronavirus
pandemic and recovery of coronavirus patients in the country and

Sindh province is on the second position. Meanwhile Sindh province
has come on first position in terms of active coronavirus cases in the
country. On the other hand Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has come
on third position in terms of active coroanvirus cases. There are 1,811
active coronavirus patients present in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. There are
19,140 active coronavirus patients present in Sindh, 8,844 in Punjab,
974 active coronavirus in Islamabad, 822 in Balochistan, 434 in Azad
Jammu and Jammu and Kashmir and 216 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
The percentage of deaths from coronavirus patients in Azad Jammu
and Kashmir is 3 percent, in Islamabad 1 percent, Gilgit-Baltistan 2
percent, Balochistan 1 percent, in Punjab 3 percent, in Sindh 2 percent
and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 3 percent.
Till now 10,721 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in
Punjab 5,410 in Sindh, 4,304 in KP, 776 in Islamabad, 582 in Azad
Kashmir, 307 in Balochistan, and 111 in GB.
Furthermore 345,796 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in
Punjab, 335,555 in Sindh, 137,628 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 82,565 in
Islamabad, 27,003 in Balochistan, 20,212 in Azad Kashmir and 5,984
in Gilgit-Baltistan. Pakistan has so far conducted 14,416,394
coronavirus tests and 44,544 in the last 24 hours.
So far 311,005 coronavirus patients have recovered in Sindh, 326,231
coronavirus patients have recovered in Punjab, 131,513 coronavirus
patients have recovered in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, 80,815 coronaviurs
patients have been recovered in Islamabad, 25,874 coronavirus
patients have been recovered in Balochistan, 19,196 coronavirus
patients have been recovered in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 5,657
coronavirus patients have been recovered in Gilgit-Baltistan.
