Pakistan reports 36 deaths in last 24 hours by novel coronavirus

ISLAMABAD, (MANEND NEWS): Pakistan has reported 36 deaths in
the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases
has surged to 581,365. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to
12,896 on Monday. So far 546,371 coronavirus patients have
recovered in the country.
According to the latest figures by the National Command and
Operation Center (NCOC) 1,392 persons tested positive for COVID-19
in the past 24 hours.

The death rate from the coronavirus pandemic in Pakistan is 2.2
percent; meanwhile the number of recovered patients of coronavirus
has reached 94 percent. During the last 24 hours 1,094 coronavirus
patients were recovered in the country. There are 1,568 critical
coronaviurs patients present in the country. There are 22,098 active
coronavirus cases presenting the country.
According to NCOC, Sindh province is at the top in number of
coronavirus cases, recovery of patients and number of active
coronavirus cases. Meanwhile Punjab province is at first position in
number of deaths from the coronavirus. On the other hand Khyber
Pakhtunkhawa province is at number three in terms of active
coroanvirus cases. There are 2,217 active coronavirus patients are
present in KP. There are 12,052 active coronavirus patients present in
Sindh, 5,222 in Punjab, 1,787 in Islamabad, 95 in Balochistan, 714 in
Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 11 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Till now 258,266 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh,
172,054 in Punjab 72,424 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 44,373 in
Islamabad, 19,049 in Balochistan, 10,243 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir
and 4,956 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Furthermore 5,363 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in
Punjab 4,350 in Sindh, 2,079 in KP, 501 in Islamabad, 301 in Azad
Jammu and Kashmir, 200 in Balochistan, and 102 in GB. Pakistan has
so far conducted 8,990,176 coronavirus tests and 38,338 in the last 24
hours.
So far 241,864 coronavirus patients have recovered in Sindh, 161,469
coronavirus patients have recovered in Punjab, 68,128 coronavirus
patients have recovered in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, 42,085 coronaviurs
patients have been recovered in Islamabad, 18,754 coronavirus
patients have been recovered in Balochistan, 9,228 coronavirus
patients have been recovered in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 4,843
coronavirus patients have been recovered in Gilgit-Baltistan.
