
ISLAMABAD, (MANEND NEWS): Prime Minister Imran Khan has rejected
the OGRA’s proposal of increasing prices of petroleum products in
order to provide relief to people.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister Office, the
OGRA had proposed increase in the price of petrol by 14.07 rupees per
liter, high speed diesel by 13.61 rupees per liter, kerosene oil by 10.79
rupees per liter, and in the price of light diesel by 7.43 rupees per
liter.
The Prime Minister has not approved the proposal of increase in
petroleum products keeping in view welfare of people.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister said the government will go to any
extent for welfare of people.
